Guru Ratanna Online – An Introduction to Innovative Kundalini Yoga Teachings

With yoga now a major part of millions of individuals’ lives, hundreds, if not thousands of yoga teachers now offer classes both offline and online. However, not all of these yoga gurus have been able to satisfy and meet the needs of their students. Only a few have become such widely respected authorities in this subject, one of whom is Guru Ratanna. With Guru Ratanna online yoga classes, it is now much easier to access and learn from her teachings.

Guru Ratanna is one of the most popular and sought after teachers of the yoga practice called KundaliniYoga. She has studied with Harbhajan Singh Yogi, more popularly known as Yogi Bhajan. She has also been endorsed by the Kundalini Research Institute as a KundaliniYoga teacher. This particular yoga guru has also attended more than a hundred White Tantric Meditation courses, which include both Winter and Summer Solstices. In addition to these achievements, she has also taken part in more than a dozen Khalsa Women’s Training Camps where she has taught numerous courses.

Her teaching tours have brought her to Sweden, Russia, England, Germany, Turkey, Portugal, Italy, and the Netherlands. Additionally, she is one of the co-creators and leaders of the KRIYA Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Courses, which is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has also authored the “Inner and Outer Ecology: Transitions to a Sustainable Worldview,” which has been prepared and created for the Earth Summit. Some of her other works include “Introduction to Kundalini Yoga,” “Transitions to a Heart-Centered World,” “Relax and Renew,” and, “Your Life is In Your Chakras”.
In herKundaliniYoga classes, mantras are to be chanted in a particular and special way. These are chanted using a special poetic language designed to connect practitioners with the inner sound current. This language also results in the 84 meridian points on the mouth’s roof to vibrate, which in turn, results in the stimulation of the various parts of the brain and the body.

As mentioned above, this particular Yoga guru has studied with Yogi Bhajan. Yogi Bhajan is the master of KundaliniYoga and he is responsible for introducing this discipline to the West in 1969. Through her training and studying with Yogi Bhajan, she has been able to continue his teachings for those who would want to achieve inner peace, balance, spiritual satisfaction, and of course, mental and physical well being.
